Daily Anchor Practice
A short personal practice you create. Even 2–10 minutes is a meaningful start.
Building a Daily Practice That Fits Our Lives
🌑 🌑
Many of us long for a deeper connection with ourselves: a way to come home, live without losing our center, and feel less separated from the world around us. People have created countless ways to reconnect: meditation, yoga, journaling, prayer, a workout, or simply sitting with a cup of tea.
Yet many of us struggle with two things: staying consistent, and finding what genuinely fits us. We don't think this is a lack of motivation or character. The forces pulling us away from ourselves have become genuinely powerful: big cities, hustle culture, notifications, infinite feeds, algorithms, many pushing us further from ourselves.
In this course, we learn together through self-experience in community: how to find, embody, and attune a consistent inner anchor practice that feels natural, alive, and in rhythm with your real life. Not as another self-improvement project, but as a way to come back to ourselves, again and again.
We gather three times on Zoom, once every other Thursday, exploring a different theme across the Strawberry Full Moon 🍓 cycle. Each day in between, we practice on our own and briefly check in with our pod.
We learn what inner practice is and how to create an anchor for it in daily life. Pods form during this gathering and each of us starts practicing the next day.
We explore the tensions that may arise along the way and how to navigate them, embodying our anchor practice more deeply.
We reflect on the past moon cycle and explore how we may attune our anchor practice based on our experience.
You won't just learn about inner practice: you'll begin your own daily anchor practice from the very first gathering. Morning, evening, or any moment that fits your life.
A short personal practice you create. Even 2–10 minutes is a meaningful start.
A self-organized group of 3–5 people to share the journey, keep each other accountable, and go deeper.
Three 90-minute sessions where we practice together, pods meet and reflect, and questions find space.
Light reflections and resources after each gathering to help you embody the theme more fully.
This course asks two things of you: committing to practicing daily, and joining all live gatherings. Your presence matters, not only for your own experience, but for everyone practicing alongside you.
It won't always feel easy. Tension, resistance, and discomfort are normal, and part of the journey. We'll learn together how to navigate them.
If this commitment doesn't feel possible right now, that's okay. Perhaps a future moon cycle will be a better fit.
I'm alex. My inner practice journey started in 2013 with a simple experiment: try to run every day. Since then, I've wandered through many traditions: Tibetan Buddhism, Berlin techno, Hatha Yoga, Sufism, plant medicine, and modern science. I've found some answers — for myself. There is no magic recipe, no single path. This course offers pointers and scaffolding; the house is yours to build. I'm glad you're here.
This course is for anyone who is drawn to having some form of daily inner practice in their life:
Something has already called you toward it — maybe meditation, yoga, or journaling — but nothing has quite stuck yet. This course helps you find what truly fits.
Maybe you practice here and there, but not as regularly as you'd like. The course brings tools and community to help you embody your practice.
Maybe it feels stale or automatic, not alive anymore. The course opens a space to attune it, or to release it and find a new one.
If you already have a daily practice, this course is probably not a fit for you. You're very welcome to join our community of practitioners. Just send us an email.
Treat yourself and each other as you wish to be treated: with Love.
Life is full of distractions. We trust you to reduce them as much as possible during live gatherings and your practice so you can be as present as possible.
Listen to your heart along this journey, and follow what it says. It may call for more discipline, slowing down, stepping back, or something else entirely.
We are all on this journey together. This isn't a one-way transmission. Your experience, perspectives, and stories are part of what makes it whole.
The more you open, the deeper the experience for you and for everyone around you.
One rule. Personal stories shared here — in gatherings, pods, and WhatsApp — stay here. Everything else is yours to share.
You don't owe anyone for it.
Creating and hosting this course requires time, energy, and money.
It is made possible by people who have experienced the support of inner practice in their own lives and chose to pass that support forward.
You are invited to receive it and, in your own time and way, pass the gift forward.
