Many of us long for a deeper connection with ourselves —
a way to come home to ourselves,
live life without losing our center,
and feel less separated from the world around us.
People have created countless ways to
reconnect through inner practices:
Meditation, yoga, journaling, prayer, a workout,
or simply sitting with a cup of tea.
What matters is not so much what we practice,
but that we practice, and how —
something that fits us,
with intention, again and again.
Not as self-improvement,
but as a reminder to return to ourselves.
Still, it’s easy to drift.
To forget.
To lose touch with ourselves.
To be carried away by the noise and demands of
our inner and outer world.
Sustaining a regular inner practice can be challenging,
and finding a way of practicing that truly fits is a long journey.
[base] walks alongside all who feel called —
regardless of beliefs and background —
and supports them in creating the conditions to
find, embody, and attune
their own inner practices.
A culture of gifts from the heart keeps [base] alive.
Contributors give first.
[base] shares gifts unconditionally.
Practitioners receive and may pass it forward.
A living cycle of gratitude and trust,
without expecting anything in return.
We practice as one community,
each of us on our own path,
sharing these guiding intentions.
Our Guiding Intentions
🌈 Grounded in love.
We treat ourselves, each other, all beings,
nature, and the universe with love —
as we wish to be treated.
🌱 Appreciate everyone and their path.
Each of us is a unique expression of love.
We unfold in our own way, at our own pace.
Practice is also deeply personal —
shaped by our body, mind, and heart.
We appreciate all of it.
🌻 Every contribution matters.
From showing up to practice, to holding space,
creating tools, or giving financially. All matters.
Also, everyone is a teacher, and every experience, story,
and perspective enriches the community.
⬜ Keep things simple.
Less is more — fewer things, done well.
Simplicity invites presence, inspires creativity,
and makes things accessible.
We choose sensible defaults,
while leaving space for personal expression.
🪴 Technology serves connection.
Technology is welcome when it deepens connection —
with ourselves, with others, and with nature.
It’s designed to fade into the background so that,
over time, we become independent of it.
✨ Remember to smile.
Practice can get serious and rigid — it doesn’t have to.
When life is not all sunshine and rainbows,
practice may help us fully feel and accept —
and often find the beauty in “bad” moments too.
Over time our practice may become our way of life,
the base we stand on,
from which we change
our inner and outer worlds.
May peace, happiness, compassion, and love
unfold from within each of us —
gradually and inevitably radiating outside,
remaking our shared worlds,
and returning to each of us again.
Together, we make worlds
where Love is possible.
